SnapSpot Paris is a platform connecting clients (tourists, individuals) with professional or independent photographers in Paris and the Ile-de-France region. The platform allows users to search, book and pay for photo sessions.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the SnapSpot Paris site (text, images, logos, graphic interface, source code) is the exclusive property of Charles d'Anthouard de Vraincourt or its partners, and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or exploitation, even partial, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Photographs published in portfolios and Snappies remain the property of their respective authors (the photographers). Their publication on the platform is subject to the conditions set out in the Terms of Use.

The quality of the photographic services performed by independent photographers;
Disputes arising directly between clients and photographers;
Indirect damage related to the use or impossibility of using the service;
Temporary unavailability of the site due to maintenance or technical issues.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Versailles, unless otherwise provided by law (jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence).
