The Platform is published by Charles d'Anthouard de Vraincourt, sole trader (SIRET: 942 207 580 00013), with its registered office in Louveciennes (78430), France.
The Platform is a service connecting clients (hereinafter the "Clients") with independent photographers (hereinafter the "Photographers") for photo sessions in Paris and the Ile-de-France region.
Registering and using the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the service.
SnapSpot Paris reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Each user undertakes to:
An account is strictly personal and may not be transferred or shared.
Photographer profiles are subject to manual verification by the SnapSpot Paris team before activation. This verification covers the consistency of the profile and the quality of the portfolio. SnapSpot Paris reserves the right to refuse or suspend a photographer profile without having to justify its decision.
SnapSpot Paris acts exclusively as an intermediary connecting users. The Platform is not a party to the photographic service contract concluded between the Client and the Photographer. The Photographer operates as an independent professional and is in no way an employee of SnapSpot Paris.
Displayed prices include the SnapSpot Paris commission (service fee). The breakdown (photographer's price + service fee) is shown before payment. All prices are in euros (EUR), inclusive of tax.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. SnapSpot Paris never stores your bank details. By paying, you also accept Stripe's terms.
Each photographer pack is associated with a cancellation policy (flexible, moderate or strict), clearly displayed before booking.
If the Photographer cancels a confirmed booking, the Client is refunded 100%. Repeated cancellations by a Photographer may lead to suspension of their account.
Right of withdrawal: In accordance with article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure service provision to be supplied on a specific date. By booking a photo session on a specific date, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
All users undertake to:
The Platform provides an internal messaging system between Clients and Photographers.
All elements of the Platform (interface, design, code, text, logos) are the property of SnapSpot Paris and are protected by intellectual property law.
Photographs and content published by Photographers (portfolio, Snappies) remain their property. By publishing content on the Platform, the Photographer grants SnapSpot Paris a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content as part of the operation of the service.
This licence ends when the content or account is deleted by the Photographer.
