How much does a session cost?

The price depends on the photographer and the package you choose. Each photographer sets their own rates and the number of delivered photos varies by their edition. You can see all prices directly on each photographer's profile.

How far in advance should I book?

You can book at any time — just leave the photographer enough time to plan ahead. Slots are limited per day, so booking in advance is recommended, especially in high season.

When will I receive my photos?

Each photographer displays their delivery time directly on their profile (at most 14 days after the session). After the session, your photos arrive in your private online gallery, or in your photographer's own gallery if they deliver through their own service — you're notified as soon as they're ready.

What if it rains?

Message your photographer as early as you can from the in-app chat: then request the new date from your booking (“Request a reschedule” button): they accept it depending on their schedule. Many sessions go ahead anyway — indoors, or simply because they like rainy light.
Ask for the new date before cancelling, and before the planned end time of the session: a cancellation follows your package’s policy, shown before payment and repeated on your booking. If it is the photographer who cannot make it, email us — we pick it up with you.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Report it from your booking, inside the app: describe what went wrong and it reaches us directly. We look at the situation with you and the photographer, case by case — there is no automatic answer, and we tell you what we propose.

What languages do your photographers speak?

Each photographer lists the languages they speak on their profile: you see them before booking, and you can filter the list by language. The app itself is available in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Can I gift a session?

Yes! Get a gift card in a few clicks: any amount (€20 to €500), code sent by email, usable in one or several times and never expires. For a tailor-made session, email us at snapspotparis@gmail.com.
