How much does a session cost?

The price depends on the photographer and the package you choose. Each photographer sets their own rates and the number of delivered photos varies by their edition. You can see all prices directly on each photographer's profile.

How far in advance should I book?

You can book at any time — just leave the photographer enough time to plan ahead. Slots are limited per day, so booking in advance is recommended, especially in high season.

When will I receive my photos?

Each photographer displays their delivery time directly on their profile (most within a week). After the session, your photos arrive in your private online gallery — you're notified as soon as they're ready.

What if it rains?

Full rescheduling or refund — except if your session is indoors, or if the photographer accepts shooting in the rain (to be confirmed with them beforehand). Reach out to your photographer via the in-app messaging or email us: we'll take care of everything.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Report it from your booking within 7 days of photo delivery: after reviewing the situation, we offer a reshoot with the photographer or a partial or full refund.

What languages do your photographers speak?

French, English, Portuguese, Spanish — and we regularly recruit new photographers based in Paris coming from all corners of the world.

Can I gift a session?

Yes! Get a gift card in a few clicks: any amount (€20 to €500), code sent by email, usable in one or several times and never expires. For a tailor-made session, email us at snapspotparis@gmail.com.
