Rates depend on the photographer and the length of the session. Most sessions start from €80 for 30 minutes. Each photographer clearly displays their packages and rates on their profile.
Payment is made by credit card through Stripe, with pre-authorisation. Your card is pre-authorised at the time of booking, but only charged once the photographer confirms availability. If the photographer declines, no charge is made.
You can reschedule your session free of charge through the built-in messaging. Most photographers also offer indoor alternatives (covered passages, galleries, museums).
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the session, with a full refund. Between 48 and 24 hours, a partial refund may apply based on the photographer's policy. Less than 24 hours before, the session is due in full.
Delivery depends on each photographer, usually within 7 to 14 days after the session. Photos are edited and delivered in high definition via a private link.
Yes, you can chat freely with your photographer through our built-in messaging as soon as your booking is confirmed. Share your project, your ideas, your preferences.
